HOA Clubhouse
Fully enclosed and air conditioned with WiFi. Thirteen round tables seating 8 each and fifteen rectangular tables seating 14 — up to 215 people at the same time. Four wall-mounted TVs, overhead projector, and an amplified PA system.
Outside: a patio with 12 large picnic tables, two tiki huts with BBQ grills, a fire pit, and a lighted parking lot for 150 cars.
Butterford Waterway Boat Ramp
Just outside South Gulf Cove, serving residents in the northeast section — boat ramp, trailer parking, and fishing.

Many species of plants and trees, expertly maintained by our certified Master Gardener and hard-working volunteers. Come stroll and learn what grows in our climate.
St. Paul Linear Park
A one-mile walking path along the Interceptor Lagoon — egrets, herons, and eagles, with benches to rest and enjoy the view.
San Domingo Park
Fitness trail, multi-purpose open space, nature trail, picnic tables, and fishing.
South Gulf Cove Park / Boat Ramp
Our best park for small children and basketball — playground, BBQ grills, kayak launch, fishing, picnic shelters, restrooms, and a 980 sq ft picnic pavilion seating 48. Plenty of room for boat trailer parking.
